To provide video processing and multi-platform automation services, we collect the following metrics:

• Account Information: Your registration email address and platform profile data.
• Media Assets: Temporary copies of video files and captions uploaded to our processing matrix for rendering and resizing.
• OAuth Tokens: Authenticated token strings supplied securely by Google, TikTok, and Meta to execute publish streams on your behalf.

2. How We Use Data & Video Material

Your media clips and captions are used solely to execute your direct syndication commands. We do not use your creative content for training purposes, AI model generation, or external marketplace indexing. Video assets stored temporarily in our public cloud buckets are completely deleted automatically once target platform API distribution sequences conclude.

3. Third-Party Data Integrations

ClipDistro securely interacts with external platform APIs to deliver content distribution automation. By utilizing this software workspace, you agree to be bound by the official privacy parameters maintained by our integration channels:

• Google / YouTube API Services
• TikTok Developer Ingestion APIs
• Meta / Instagram Graph API Services

You can completely revoke ClipDistro’s data access keys at any time directly through your respective Google, TikTok, or Meta account security configuration settings panels.

4. Data Retention Limits

We maintain active user profiles and secure table references inside our managed matrix instances as long as your subscription is active. Log files tracking operational routing status codes are automatically archived within 30 days.

5. Posted Content Guidelines

All content posted by ClipDistro to external platforms must comply with the terms of service and community guidelines of those platforms. We will not be held responsible for any content that violates these guidelines.

6. Data Sharing & Disclosure

ClipDistro does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your explicit consent. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our platform and delivering services to you. Your google account information, Tiktok account information, and Meta account information may be shared with these providers for the purpose of facilitating content distribution across platforms.

7. Data Protection

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information and ensure the confidentiality and integrity of your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
