ClipDistro provides cloud-assisted short-form video processing, center-cropping transformation tools, audio stream synchronization, and automated multi-platform social network publishing infrastructure pipelines.

2. User Account Obligations

You are solely responsible for protecting your secure workspace connection keys and account session credentials. You agree that all creative assets and video files uploaded to ClipDistro do not infringe upon third-party intellectual property protections, copyrights, or service guidelines enforced by external syndication networks.

3. Billing, Subscriptions, & Cancellations

ClipDistro utilizes Stripe to process recurring monthly workspace memberships. Active tiers renew automatically unless cancelled by the user. You can manage your card details or trigger instant subscription cancellations at any time directly through your dashboard billing portal. Refunds are handled in accordance with platform matrix guidelines.

4. Limitation of Liability

ClipDistro provides media automation pipelines "as is" without structural warranties. We are not responsible for account visibility shifts, video distribution timing lags, or service link rejections enforced independently by external API developer networks like Google, TikTok, or Meta.
